Like many others, I thought I had ordered the wrong product! I could not believe, upon review, that this sticky, perfumed lotion was supposed to be the product I have been using since the day I was born 29 years and 8 months ago! I have NEVER had to look for lotion in my entire life, and whenever I use someone else's I have terrible results. I use 4 bottles of the original healing formula per year and have to apply it twice a day in the winter. I honestly feel like crying thinking about how uncomfortable, cracked, broken, and rash-filled my skin is going to be for at least 6 months of the year.
It seems like you have enough dissatisfied customers at the point - CHANGE THE FORMULA BACK.

Just bought the a new bottle of Original Eucerin and it is like putting on Elmer's glue. I used the original formula for over 10 years and it worked great. The new formula has a bad scent, is too thick, doesn't seem to absorb into the skin as easily and caused acne. Please bring back the old formula or at least sell it under a different name. Seems odd to just throw away a formula that worked so well for so many people.

I first used this over 20 years ago when my family doctor (who was Doctor of the Year in the late 1980's in my state) noticed the dry skin on my hands and recommended it. (there was some itching as well) and I love it. I can't always afford to buy it, but it is a high quality lotion and caused no reactions for me (I have sensitive skin).

I have been using the original lotion for over a decade. It was the only lotion that healed my dry skin and was able to be put on under makeup
It was the perfect consistency. UNTIL NOW...ingredients are different and so is the consistency and overall feel of it. Way too thick to use under my makeup. So sad to say that I had to ditch this product and am on the search for something new. Please go back to the real original!
